Above and below left: What a disgrace! The ancient theater of the 4th centry BC - the highlight of Orchomenos - is also fenced and locked. What are they afraid of? I could only see the remains, including the elaborate seats of honour in the first row and something like a throne, from a distance. - Below right: A unique view from the theater, lying at an altitude of 800 m, to the majestic mountain range and the valley in the West. |
