GREECE PELOPONNESE ARGOLIS ASINE ACROPOLIS

Excavations were conducted by the Swedish Archaeological Institute in 1922-30 on the acropolis, in the Lower Town and on Barbouna hill. This work was continued from the 1970s onward by Swedish and Greek archaeologists. - In 2017 the acropolis had become an organized site with footpaths and information signs.
