Above left: The hill of Agia Irini seen from the North. - Above right: The hill from the South, just next to the road from Nea Nemea to Aidonia.

Agia Irini was the site of a small Mycenaean settlement, plausibly identified with Homeric Araithyria. On the hill itself are no remarkable remains, but on the northern side next to the hill are some ancient fundaments, partly overgrown and not signposted as archaeological site. Fundaments of a building there don't look Mycenaean, but I have no further information.
