GR PELOPONNESE ARGOLIS ADRIANOS TOWERHOUSE

The tower-house in the village Agios Adrianos is a 3-storey building with the layout of a long rectangle measuring ca. 11.0 x 6.5 m. The entrance was in the ground floor, which is quite unusual, since in similar buildings of the time the entrance was higher up. However, it was protected by a murder-hole, and the defense was further supported by gun-loops on the first floor.

The building of the 18th century underwent several modifications, but is now in a quite miserable state.
