Temple of Hippios Poseidon

The Archaic temple of Hippios Poseidon, excavated by Th. Spyropoulos in 1985-1995, was not easy to find. A shepherd then reacted to my keyword "Poseidon" (in the correct Greek pronounciation) and showed us the way. However, the sanctuary was behind two fences and the few stones of its fundaments were hardly discernible. - Please note: it is not the towerlike building but the remains next to it.
