The church is usually locked, but by pure coincidence during my visit in September 2019 the architect of the church, Kostas Papatheodorou, appeared to show some German friends around. And this is how I came to see the interior of the church which is as interesting as the outside. It is another mixture of crazy styles. I found some of them fascinating, but others - like the paintings and pebble mosaics - utterly naive.

Next to the church are two other buildings, both in pseudo-ancient style, resembling Greek temples. To me they are just artifacts without much significance. Especially the one in pseudo-Ionic style (above) hurts my aesthetical feelings. The "temple" in pseudo-Doric style (below) is a bit more interesting especially because of its witty column capitals.
