Pelike with griffins and an Amazon; 2. small bell krater with a coquettish lady visited by Eros; 3. skyphoi with maenads and men dressed with himation; 4. bronze cauldron of a Macedonian workshop.

Above left: Vases (350 - 300 BC). The Attic red-figure vase in the centre shows a symposium scene with elegant flute-girls. - Above right: Attic white-ground lekythoi, most of them from the workshop of the 'Painter of the Women' and his followers and from the workshop of the 'Painter of the Triglyphs'. Almost all of them were found in the graves of a queen, most probably Simiche (ca. 420 BC), and the grave of Perdikkas II (413 BC).
